At Vakilpedia, we provide digital legal tools and automated alerting services (EvidenceHash & CourtQue). Since our products are digital and provide immediate access upon activation, we follow a strict refund policy.
This policy covers purchases made from Vakilpedia. It does not cover the Vakilnama book, which is bought from Amazon — see section 4.
You can cancel your subscription at any time using the following methods:

However, we value our users. If you have experienced a prolonged service outage (greater than 48 hours) or a double payment due to a technical glitch, we will initiate a full refund.
Vakilnama is sold and delivered by Amazon, not by Vakilpedia. We do not take payment for the book and hold no order for it, so we cannot cancel a purchase or issue a refund for one.
Refunds, cancellations, billing queries and download problems for the book are handled by Amazon under Amazon’s own policy, from your Amazon account. See the Vakilnama book terms.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days and will be credited back to the original payment source (UPI/Card/Netbanking) via our payment partner, Razorpay.
